FlowCon acquires CUC Engineering

It is a great pleasure to announce that FlowCon International ApS has acquired

CUC Engineering A/S

As of October 1st, 2024. CUC Engineering A/S is a specialist in injection molding of technical composites, box builds, and cable solutions.

This acquisition is a strategic step for FlowCon to ensure quality, optimal delivery times, reduced costs, and continued product development. In light of increasing market demand for special product configurations, FlowCon will now be able to offer these services as well.

CUC will remain an independent unit within the FlowCon Group, handling its existing customers. This will allow FlowCon to undertake more complex tasks and offer services within special cables, box builds, and composites through CUC.
