Colombo City Centre Mall and Residences - or conversationally just referred to as Colombo City Centre or in short CCC - is conveniently located in the heart of the Sri Lankan capital and lies on the shoreline the Beira Lake across from the sacred Seema Malakaya Buddhist temple. Colombo City Centre is a 47-storey mixed use development where 5-storey are earmarked to 3700 m² shopping. The complex includes 192 luxurious apartments, an upscale 164-room hotel, Sri Lanka’s largest shopping area covering famous local and international brands along with restaurants and entertainment - in total 93.000 m².

FlowCon International was through its local distributor Zenith Engineering Company selected as key supplier of dynamic control valves to all Chillers, Condensers, AHUs and FCUs in the commercial part of the project. The complex is fitted with FlowCon Control valves and PICVs on the fan coil units. The air handling units is purely installed with FlowCon PICVs and on the chillers and condensers you find FlowCon automatic balancing valves to control flow. Both companies are proud to have associated with such a dynamic complex project.
